Use to be a good Starbucks, but they keep making my cappuccino wrong. When I try to correct them, they tell me they know what they are doing. I've had cappuccinos in Starbucks all over the world. You are definitely doing it wrong.

I have been here once and the other Starbucks in the library. I ordered green tea Frappuccino with extra matcha like 7 or 8 scoops. But they did not make it right. When I told them that i did ask for extra matcha but it was too light and looked like it is less matcha than the regular one, they told me they did add matcha in there. And one of them asked me whether I paid for the extra or not. What the heck? Someone took my order and money then wrote it down. I paid whatever she told me. They did it wrong and questioned me. They remade it but it was not like the ones I got at the other Starbucks. They think like I have never got the tea Frappuccino with extra matcha at Starbucks before and I am stupid or something? I did not want to get the drink and wanted the refund but I did not do that.
Well, You guys should not do that to customers. I never ever come back here. Not worth my money.
